CLAY has room for 200 people for a seated dinner including your wedding party.
What is the Capacity at CLAY?
Full venue exclusive access to all of CLAY’s 6,000 sq. ft. venue for 10 hours on the day of your event.

A chic client suite to get dressed and prepared to walk down the aisle.
Access to our decor closet and many other add-ons such as arches and a Champagne wall.
Tables and black bentwood chairs for up to 200 guests, set up just the way you want it.
Your choice of ceremony location in or around the space. Utilize CLAY’s urban industrial open floor-plan or our outdoor patio.

Many great photo locations nearby If the mountains are your vibe, a quick drive will get you there for a quick photoshoot. If you want photos with a more urban feel, simply walk out the front door.
Located in downtown Colorado Springs, CLAY is near many great restaurants, cocktail bars, breweries and hotels that you and your guests can enjoy all weekend long.
No hidden fees. There are no service fees in addition to your rental price the price you see is the price you pay. We do require event insurance with CLAY venues listed as additionally insured, that is purchased from a third party (approximately $200).

What is included in a wedding rental?
Your full service catering team will handle all standard clean up and trash removal throughout and following the wedding reception. You and are responsible for removal of all personal belongings, gifts and décor etc. Nothing can be left at CLAY overnight.
Who handles clean up?
Reserved parking is available at a nearby lot for a fee. Street parking is metered Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 1 pm to 10 pm. There is also free street parking a few blocks east of the venue.
